The links below may be used to open or download the forms for Wakefield Education Foundation Contributions, Hall of Fame nominations, and Scholarship Applications. Wakefield Education Foundation Forms: Wakefield Hall of Fame Forms: Wakefield High School Education Foundation Scholarship Forms:$8,000 scholarships will be paid out in the amount of $1,000 each semester. In addition, this year, we will be awarding $3,000 scholarships to graduating seniors who will be attending Northern Virginia Community College. These scholarships will be paid in the amount of $750 per semester. Only students attending Wakefield are eligible to apply. A senior can apply for both scholarships (it is possible that an $8,000 scholarship could be awarded to a NOVA or other community college student) but we will only award a scholarship based on the forms we have received. The applications will be reviewed by a committee of Wakefield alumni. The due date is May 1. |
